1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using KeenRide, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login information and all activity under your account.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
• Payments are held securely and released upon job completion.
• Transactions are handled by compliant third-party processors.

4. Service Provider Requirements

Drivers must register, verify ID, pass a police check, and provide a valid licence to access jobs.

5. Data Privacy & Handling

KeenRide does not permanently store client data. Information is deleted after the journey ends, except for the invoice.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel more than 24h before: minimal fee may apply.
• Cancel less than 24h: full charge may apply.
• If driver arrived: full fee is charged.

7. Liability Disclaimer

KeenRide is not liable for third-party services, but insured for incidents caused by our drivers.

8. Platform Usage & Restrictions

Do not misuse, hack, or impersonate on the platform. Violations may result in legal action.

9. Account Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breaching these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Legal & Compliance

KeenRide complies with Belgian and EU regulations, including GDPR, Consumer Rights, and E-Commerce Directives.

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and assets are owned by KeenRide and may not be reused without permission.
